1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging are intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless received damaged or incorrect).

3. Exchange Policy

If you receive the wrong size, damaged product, or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it (subject to stock availability).

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The ordered item is unavailable after your payment.

  • We are unable to provide a replacement for a damaged or incorrect product.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment option used.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If a return is approved, the refund will only cover the product price unless the error was on our side.

6. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your Order Number along with clear photos of the product.

  3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

  4. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

7. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), Zavyn will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is requested for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
